Our organization has long been focused on loyalty, integrity, sisterhood, and diversity, our successes stemming directly from those values. We wish to offer an inclusive space for people of all politics, all religions, all cultures, and all races. We do not support nor tolerate discrimination of any type, we encourage and celebrate individuality and difference amongst our members.

Tau Sigma Phi wants to be a home away from home for anyone who identifies with our values, entrance is however conditional upon a woman's success during the recruitment process. A process that looks only at one's commitment to the organization, its values and who seem to positively add to the environment we strive to foster.
